Background and Experience

Mr. Draper, has extensive legal experience beginning with his education at The George Washington University National Law Center in Washington, DC. He then worked as an itern for Judge Stephanie Duncan-Peters of the Superior Court, Washington, DC. Mr Draper was then employed by the Associated Credit Bureaus, Inc., as a legal researcher. Mr. Draper gained additonal experience while interning for the Office of Associate Chief Counsel (International), Internal Revenue Service, Washington, DC, and during his employment as a Legal Writer with the Tax Analysts in Arlington, VA.

Mr. Draper then moved to Southern Utah, where he worked with Hughes & Read. There he focused on civil litigation practice. After leaving Hughes & Read, Mr. Draper was a sole practitioner for several years before forming a partnership with Barry Clarkson.
